Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores the relationship between how we think, how we communicate and our patterns of behaviour. We all have thoughts, reactions and behaviour patterns that are automatically ‘programmed’ into our minds, along with attitudes, beliefs and habits that can sometimes cause us unnecessary pain, and prevent us from achieving our goals.

NLP practitioners work with the conscious and unconscious mind to replace negative patterns of behaviour and thinking with more positive ones. An NLP practitioner supports and encourages individuals to fulfil their potential and empowers them to take control of their life or certain areas of their life.
