Massage is really helpful during pregnancy as it can help to alleviate symptoms of morning sickness, muscle pain and body ches, emotional upheaval and anxiety about birth. Regular massage can also help the circulation and reduce the appearence of stretch marks as your body adapts to it’s new shape.
Massages can be seated or lying down, we have special massage cushions to support you and your bump. All massages will be tailer-made for you and your needs by our qualified and experienced pregnancy massage therapists.After birth and for the following year, your body needs to be nurtured and rested as it recovers slowly.
A little time out each week for a relaxing massage can help new mothers and babies on an emotional level too. Regular massage can even help the production of milk if you are breast feeding.
