Georgia Rugg – Easey

Georgia Rugg-Easey: Acupuncture and Cupping

Georgia is a warm, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Acupuncturist. She completed extensive training in York where she received her BSc degree in Acupuncture.

Trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) style Acupuncture, Georgia also recognises the importance of modern techniques and research to influence her treatments. She also encourages the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine (where appropriate) for the best results, as each approach can often remove limitations of the other.

In the case of Muscle pain or Sports Performance Optimisation treatments, patients may want a more muscular-skeletal focused treatment. A technique known as ‘dry needling’ can be used, which is effective for the release of muscles and relief from muscular or nerve pain.
Holistic treatments value the interconnected nature of the body and will focus on what is needed for the improvement of overall wellbeing.

Georgia discovered her passion for Acupuncture upon receiving treatment herself. She was immediately fascinated and found numerous benefits. She now works to share the benefits of Acupuncture with anyone who is experiencing pain, seeking change or simply intrigued!

Georgia will be working on Saturdays.
